Job Summary


We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Construction Administrator to oversee and coordinate various aspects of construction projects. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in managing project documentation, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and supporting project managers throughout the construction lifecycle. This position offers an opportunity to work on diverse construction projects, utilizing your expertise in construction management and site inspection to ensure successful project completion.

Duties



Prepare and manage project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and reports Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services Conduct quality control inspections to verify adherence to safety standards and project specifications Assist in construction scoping for upcoming projects Monitor construction site activities to ensure compliance with design plans, codes, and regulations Support project management teams in scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking Perform regular construction inspections to identify potential issues early and implement corrective actions Maintain accurate records of project progress, change orders, and inspection reports Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines

Skills



Strong knowledge of construction management principles and practices Experience in construction estimating and budgeting processes Proficiency in quality control and inspection procedures within construction environments Electrical experience is a plus for understanding technical specifications and safety requirements Solid understanding of construction site operations and safety protocols Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask effectively Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail Effective communication skills for coordinating with diverse teams and stakeholders
This role is integral to ensuring the smooth execution of construction projects through diligent oversight, quality assurance, and effective communication. The successful candidate will bring a combination of technical expertise, organizational ability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving within the dynamic environment of construction.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $51,000.00 - $61,667.67 per year
