Responsibilities:

Greet visitors and staff entering the lobby Direct visitors to the appropriate areas Answer and redirect calls using a multi-line phone system Execute security emergency procedures and communicate effectively during critical situations Perform morning opening procedures at the Institute

Qualifications:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Punctual, reliable, and well-organized Ability to work well under pressure and handle interruptions efficiently Proficiency in Microsoft Office Minimum age of 18 years and a high school diploma or equivalent
