We are seeking a friendly and professional adult to join our front desk team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for companion animal owners and referring facilities providing exceptional customer service and support. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, patience, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The Concierge will assist with various inquiries, coordinate services between departments, guide tours of our unique facility, and ensure a welcoming environment for all visitors.
Responsibilities
Greet guests and their owners assisting with check-in and check-out processes.
Provide information about our facility's varied offerings and refer clients to an appropriate representative within our team for further recommendations.
Manage reservations for our daycare, training, acupuncture, and physiotherapy departments.
Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and effectively.
Maintain an organized front desk area and ensure all materials are up to date.
Collaborate with other departments to fulfill client requests and enhance their experience.
Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, medical record requests, vaccine and license documentation, and proofreading documents.
Utilize veterinary based software for booking management, medical record keeping, and communication purposes.
Communicate with potential and existing clients on multiple platform.
Requirements
Proven experience in a similar role or as a veterinary or daycare receptionist is ideal, but not require.
Strong computer literacy with proficiency in veterinary software or willingness and flexibility to learn new software.
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
Experience in the companion animal services industry desired, but not necessary.
Experience in office management or clerical work is a plus.
Exceptional communication skills with a friendly demeanor at the front desk.
Attention to detail with strong proofreading abilities to ensure accuracy in documentation.
We are a veterinary physiotherapy and rehab practice located in idyllic Pipersville, PA. We have adjoining enrichment based daycare and training programs as well as acupuncture services all within our brand new 10,000 square foot facility. Join our team as a Concierge member where you will be part of frontline represention of our teams enthusiasm, and devotion to care of companion animals. Encouraging whole body wellness for both dogs and cats. The shifts are half for full days between 7:30am-6:30pm; half days would primarily be 7:30a-1p; with at least one evening shift required. No weekend hours.

Pay: $12.00 - $16.05 per hour
Expected hours: 6 - 25 per week
