Concierge



We are seeking a professional and personable Concierge to join our team. As the face of our establishment, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional experience from the moment they arrive until their departure. Your warm personality, attention to detail, and ability to anticipate needs will be key to success in this position.



Responsibilities:



Greet and welcome guests upon arrival Provide information about local attractions, restaurants, and events Make reservations for dining, transportation, and entertainment Assist with luggage and coordinate bell service Handle guest requests and inquiries promptly and efficiently Maintain a clean and organized lobby area Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest needs Manage incoming calls and messages Assist with check-in and check-out procedures as needed Stay informed about hotel amenities, services, and special promotions


Requirements:



Previous experience in hospitality or customer service Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus Proficiency in computer systems and reservation software Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Knowledge of local area and attractions Professional appearance and demeanor Strong problem-solving skills Ability to stand for extended periods and assist with light lifting
