Position Overview

We are seeking a Concierge to be the first point of contact for residents, families, and visitors. This role is essential in providing outstanding customer service and supporting the daily operations of our senior living community.

Key Responsibilities

Service as our guest's first point of contact, greet residents and provide general assistance to visitors, prospective residents, and families Answer phone calls and direct inquiries promptly and accurately Ensure the safety of the residents and property by monitoring surveillance cameras, door alarms, life safety systems, building alarms and investigating any unusual activity Assist with scheduling appointments, transportation, and community activities Receive packages and deliver or hold as requested Maintain the sign in/out log for the issuance of community key fob Ensure that resident/family/employee concerns receive timely response and follow up, thus striving to provide a high level of customer satisfaction Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward all residents, visitors and co-workers Maintain a clean and organized reception area Provide general administrative support to the management team and other departments Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or senior living preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work as a part of a team and handle multiple tasks efficiently Proficiency in basic computer applications Customer service attitude Compassionate, professional, kind, engaging, empathetic and helpful Maintain a positive and friendly attitude toward the residents and your co-workers Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm, courteous, and responsible always
