Job Description

As a Client Experience Specialist at Pearson Bollman Law, you will make a meaningful contribution to our fast growing law firm! You will be the first one our clients encounter, and we need someone who can create an inviting, professional experience throughout the clients entire process at Pearson Bollman Law. This position is instrumental in the efficiency of operations; attention to detail, multi-tasking, and computer skills are necessities when executing this position. Must like answering phones.

This is a temporary, part-time role running from late January through mid-April. Work hours are flexible, though the preferred schedule is Monday through Friday, between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., with an unpaid one-hour lunch break.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

A minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent. Prior experience as a Receptionist and/or one (1) year of experience in a customer service role. At least one (1) year experience working with Microsoft Office.

The ideal candidate will have the below skills:

- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

- Flexible, adaptable, and can easily move from one task to another

- Phone experience: polite, patient, friendly demeanor

- Attention to detail and ability to follow processes

- Past experience working in a Client Relationship Management System strongly desired

- Organization

Essential Job Responsibilities:

- Answer incoming calls

- Schedule appointments for our attorneys

- Greet and seat clients that come in

- Enter in new matters into our Client Relationship Management System

- Process mail

- Keep the front operations running smoothly and efficiently

- Assist attorneys and paralegals where needed
