This is a seasonal position from May 2026 to October 20th, 2026. We are located on the beautiful coast of Maine an hour from Portland. We offer housing for full time seasonal employees with private bedroom and bathroom, communal kitchen, laundry and living area. Competitive pay.

Purpose:

The Spa Concierge is responsible for welcoming guests, preparing them for services, ensuring their comfort and relaxation through guest amenities, and proper guest flow through the spa on a daily basis. The Spa Concierge is responsible for preparing beverages for the guests prior to, during, between and after services. The Spa Concierge will work closely with therapists to ensure that each guest is comfortable and on-schedule for their treatment(s). The Spa Concierge will strive each day to exceed our guests' expectations.

Responsibilities:

Answer phones

Welcome each guest who enters the spa

Provide beverages and other amenities to the guests

Prepare the guests for services by assisting them to the dressing room, getting them a

robe, and explaining the flow procedure

Provide guests with necessary paperwork for applicable services

Schedule appointments using management software

Maintain organization of changing lounges, quiet room, service areas, etc.

Confirm appointments daily for the next business day

Prepare and sale gift card

Recommend and sale retail products

Educate guests on spa services and retail products

Ensure proper lighting, music, cleanliness, and aromatherapy as set forth in the Ambiance

Standards

Prepare guest folders and work tickets

File completed guest folders

Assist Coordinator with duties

Abide by the protocols set forth by the spa

Organizational Relationships:

The Spa Concierge reports directly to the Spa Coordinator and then the General Manager.
