Job Description

Location: Springfield, MO
Duration: 3 years
:

• This position is based in Springfield, MO, but may require some travel to Coffeyville, Kansas. The only equipment you might drive is a John Deere Gator or Golf Cart at times.
• Provides day-to-day operational support for a computing environment, contributing to the smooth running of that environment.
• Procedures are generally well-established. Support activities require a good, basic technical background and are administrative in nature.
• Performs or monitors processes or operations that are reasonably stable and may require choices between several options.

Job Requirements:

• Must have knowledge of computing and networking concepts and fundamentals.
• Must have the ability to use standard desktop load applications such as Client Office, plus intranet and internet functions.
• Must have knowledge of computer security policies and a general understanding of computer security concepts.
• Must have 1 year or more of IT experience, but recent college graduates will be considered.
