Family Skill Building Services is currently looking for individuals to work with Youth in the community and surrounding areas. Youth coaching provides services to youth and families as an alternative to detention as well as providess a positive role model and individualized coaching to youth and their families. Youth coaches will partner with juvenile probation to help provide guidance and prepare youth for what to expect about the court process. In addition to Youth Coaching, individuals will also work with youth in Juvenile Reporting Program. The staff will assist in helping youth with daily school work, monitoring, supervising, and supporting the youth to ensure compliance with the program, as well as act as a role model for all participants while maintaining appropriate boundaries. The staff will plan and lead daily groups for the youth/parents. Potential candidates will have a high school diploma and two years of human services experience. A Bachelor\'s Degree in social services or a similar field is preferred. The ability to have a flexible schedule and work evenings and weekends is a must. All candidates will undergo background checks in conjunction with our contract with Juvenile Probation and DHHS. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Internship Pay: $13.00 - $15.50 per hour Benefits:
