PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Works closely with teachers and administration to understand undermet holistic needs of the students. Engages with community organizations to create partnerships that deepen STEM Academy's ability to meet students' needs. Assesses current partnerships to understand how they match with impending needs, knowing that some programs will need to be rolled over into the new year and students may benefit from some expanding their role. Partner with teachers and administration to organize events that take both both during and outside of the school day. Researches, identifies, and writes proposals for various grants that support Butler's teaching and learning vision and mission. Leads and supports public marketing of Butler's narrative through Remind, S'Mores, our website, and social media platforms.

REQUIREMENTS

Salary per years of experience and education level pursuant to pay schedule within Collective Bargaining Agreement SEI endorsement/ESL licensure preferred Bachelor's Degree. * Experience with appropriate age group.
