As the Community Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and operation of the property, including compliance with LIHTC regulations, resident satisfaction, and staff supervision. This is a vital leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in community-building. This position will be centered around the daily tasks of a property management office that specializes in LIHTC file compliance processing.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Manage daily operations including leasing, rent collection, inspections, and maintenance coordination. Ensure full compliance with LIHTC program rules and Fair Housing regulations. Oversee move-ins, recertifications, and file audits to maintain program eligibility and property compliance. Supervise and lead on-site team members, including maintenance. Prepare and monitor budgets, financial reporting, and occupancy goals. Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and corporate support staff. Maintain positive resident relations and a high standard of customer service. Enforce lease policies and handle resident concerns professionally and promptly.

Qualifications include, but are not limited to:

Exemplary communication and customer service skills Clear criminal background Reliable transportation and clear driving history Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (AppFolio experience a plus) Self-Motivated, organized, and attentive to details Strong time management skills and deadline recognition Property Management experience, specifically with the LIHTC program, is a preferred.
