We are seeking an energetic and dedicated and detail-oriented Community Manager to lead and foster vibrant, engaged communities within our residential properties. In this role, the ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, tenants, vendors, and the Board of Directors ensuring that the community functions efficiently and in compliance with all governing documents and state laws.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners and Board members.
Coordinate and attend Board meetings, including preparing agendas, meeting minutes, and follow-up.
Enforce CC&Rs, bylaws, and community rules consistently and fairly.
Manage vendor contracts, property maintenance schedules, and community projects.
Oversee budgets, assessments, and financial reports in collaboration with accounting teams.
Handle community correspondence, including violation notices, newsletters, and homeowner requests.
Qualifications:
Demonstrated excellence in communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines efficiently.
Minimum of one year of experience in HOA management; familiarity with Caliber software is a plus.
Strong customer service orientation with a focus on resident satisfaction.
