Community Manager
to oversee a thriving 300+ unit community.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and support on-site office and maintenance staff while supervising subcontractors.
Oversee rental collections, lease renewals, and process evictions when necessary.
Drive leasing and marketing efforts to maintain occupancy, including assisting leasing agents with prospects.
Organize and promote engaging community events for residents.
Monitor grounds, schedule unit turns, and ensure high standards of upkeep.
Maintain accurate resident files, reports, and office organization.
Deliver / communicate notices to residents, vendors and staff.
Build strong relationships with residents, prospects, and vendors by providing excellent customer service.
Resolve resident issues efficiently and professionally.
Achieve financial goals and support overall property performance.
Requirements & Skills
Positive, professional, and team-oriented leadership style.
3+ years of property management experience with evidence of growth and stability in prior roles.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Strong knowledge of property management regulations, fair housing, and compliance.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Appfolio or similar software is a plus.
High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
Ability to work occasional community events
Valid driver's license required.
Must pass background and drug screening.
