Job Description
The Hartford School District is seeking a Communications Consultant to support district outreach and storytelling efforts for the remainder of the 2025-26 school year. This short-term, part-time position is ideal for a skilled writer and communicator who enjoys highlighting the successes, initiatives, and people that make our schools thrive.
Responsibilities:
Write and produce six monthly District newsletters (December-May)
Develop content and assist with layout for the 2025-26 Annual Report
Collaborate with district administrators and staff to gather stories, photos, and key updates
Job Type: Contract
Pay: From $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 2 - 3 per week
Work Location: Hybrid remote in White River Junction, VT 05001
