Job Description

:

Perform general installation and related responsibilities correctly, safely and timely as related to specific work category: Roofing Work independently and direct Technicians who assist on projects as assigned Promote and actively participate in Chamberlin's Safety Program and use safe work practices Learn, understand and promote Chamberlin's core values of safety, quality and teamwork Help in the training and development of Technicians Desire to advance within the Chamberlin career track

Experience:

At least two years of experience in roofing, preferably in a commercial application.

Skills:

Advanced knowledge and ability to demonstrate a proficient skill level for roofing, English speaking, bilingual preferred, able to read, understand and follow blueprints

Abilities/Requirements:

Must be able to read and understand blueprints and construction documents Must be able to work independently and lead by example on work projects Must be at least 18 years old Must have a valid driver's license Must be authorized to work in the United States Must be able to lift at least 50lbs Must be able to work outside in changing weather conditions Must be able to work in elevated locations Must be able to work at least 40 hours per week and overtime when necessary Must have reliable transportation to get to different job locations Must be looking for full time employment with a desire to advance within the company

Education Required

High school diploma or GED encouraged but not required, Safety certifications and Chamberlin University course completion for division categories

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
