, apartment complexes, and large-loss insurance claims throughout Illinois. Our mission is to help building owners recover what they're owed after hail, wind, or water damage -- while coordinating trusted contractors to handle the repairs.

As demand continues to grow, we're expanding our

commercial sales and claims team

to connect with more property owners and business managers who need representation after severe weather events.

Position Overview

We're seeking a driven, professional

Commercial Roofing Sales Representative

with experience in

storm restoration, roofing sales, or insurance adjusting

.
This role blends elements of

business development, property inspection, and client advocacy.

You'll meet with building owners, identify storm-related damage, explain the claim process, and coordinate inspections with our public adjusters and contractor network.

Responsibilities

Identify commercial and multifamily properties with potential storm or hail damage. Perform roof inspections (flat roof systems: TPO, EPDM, Modified Bitumen, etc.). Educate property owners on the insurance claim process and Riverside's role as their advocate. Coordinate meetings with insurance adjusters, engineers, and contractors. Maintain CRM records, leads, and follow-ups. Manage deals from first inspection to claim settlement.

Qualifications

Prior experience in

roofing, restoration, or insurance claim sales

preferred. Strong understanding of commercial roofing systems and storm restoration. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated and goal-driven personality. Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Illinois Public Adjuster license a plus (training provided if not currently licensed).
