Senior Property Accountant - Commercial Real Estate
Our growing client has a need for a Senior Property Accountant with Commercial Property experience.
The Senior Property Accountant will be responsible for preparing monthly financial statements for multiple commercial (office) properties using MRI, Yardi and Skyline software. Preparing monthly accruals for insurance, real and personal property taxes and CAM expenses, Tenant billings and Rent rolls
Degree in Accounting a Must
Experience with MRI, Yardi and or Skyline preferred
MUST have Commercial Property Accounting experience
