The Commercial Team Lead of Account Management is responsible for supervising and guiding a team of account managers to ensure exceptional client service and satisfaction. This role involves coordinating team activities, mentoring team members, and developing account strategies to strengthen client relationships. The Team Lead will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive account performance and support revenue growth.
Your Impact:Supervise and support the account management team, providing guidance and mentorship to enhance performance.

Monitor team performance metrics and assist in analyzing account data to identify improvement opportunities.
Act as a point of contact for key clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Successful Candidates Will Have:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in account management or client services, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building client relationships.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
