Job Description

The Commercial Team Lead of Account Management is responsible for supervising and guiding a team of account managers to ensure exceptional client service and satisfaction. This role involves coordinating team activities, mentoring team members, and developing account strategies to strengthen client relationships. The Team Lead will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive account performance and support revenue growth.
Your Impact:Supervise and support the account management team, providing guidance and mentorship to enhance performance. Develop and implement account strategies to achieve client satisfaction and retention goals. Monitor team performance metrics and assist in analyzing account data to identify improvement opportunities. Act as a point of contact for key clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Collaborate with sales and operational teams to ensure alignment in service delivery and client expectations.

Successful Candidates Will Have:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in account management or client services, with at least 1 year in a leadership role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building client relationships. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
At Risk Strategies Company, base pay is one part of our total compensation package, which also includes a comprehensive suite of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off and paid holidays for eligible employees. The total compensation for a position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. The expected base pay range for this position is $

64,800.00-$100,000.00

annually, plus bonus. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including geographical location, education, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
