Commercial Escrow Officer We are seeking a motivated team player to join our team as a Commercial Escrow Officer. Duties may include:

  • Primarily responsible for opening and closing of national and local files for real estate transactions
  • Prepare settlement statement and other closing documents as needed
  • Assist with title underwriting decisions and the servicing of files
  • Comply with basic escrow accounting procedures
  • Assist with recruiting and training of back up personnel as needed
  • Support administration staff with implementation of the Company\xe2\x80\x99s policies and procedures in Arizona (Texas), including audits by Arizona Department of Financial Institutions (Texas Department of Insurance), underwriters and company\xe2\x80\x99s CPA firm
  • Contribute to the business development activities, as schedule permits, to expand the Company\xe2\x80\x99s presence in Arizona and other states
Requirements:
  • Strong analytical and organization skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional appearance
  • Friendly, mature demeanor
  • Experience in an escrow and title software program preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook. Microsoft Excel preferred
  • College education preferred
  • Full-time employment of 40 hours per week during typical business hours
  • Criminal background and credit check will be performed
  • Salary negotiable.
