We're looking for an energetic and detail-oriented

Assistant Project Manager (APM)

to join our

Special Projects team

, focusing on tenant upfits and fast-paced interiors work. You'll support project managers with submittals, procurement, and administrative coordination - playing a key role in helping projects run smoothly from kickoff to closeout.

What You'll Do:

Assist with project administration, submittals, and document tracking Coordinate procurement and manage material logistics Support communication with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams Help ensure deadlines and quality standards are met across multiple jobs

What We're Looking For:

A strong work ethic and "figure it out" mindset - attitude is everything 1-3 years of experience in construction, ideally on interiors or special projects Background as a

Project Engineer

at a GC or construction firm is a plus Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Procore or similar platforms a plus Bachelor's degree preferred but not required

Benefits & Pay

Annual salary of $60,000-$80,000 per year, plus a BONUS. Employee Health Coverage, 100% paid by the company. 401K with Company Match of 100% up to 3%, and 50% up to 5%. All projects within 60 minutes of Richmond!
