Job Description

The Commercial Construction Assistant Project Manager will play a key role in coordinating and managing construction projects within the property industry. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and managing construction projects from inception to completion.
• Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and other team members to ensure project goals are met.
• Monitor project schedules and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations on all job sites.
• Facilitate communication between all stakeholders to address project-related issues and updates.
• Review and approve project-related invoices and payments.
• Support the procurement of materials and manage inventory as needed.
