Commercial Cleaning - Assistant Manager

(Part-Time, Evenings)

Location:

Novi, MI & Surrounding Areas (Including but not limited to Farmington Hills, Soutfield & Wixom)

Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 6:00 PM - 12:00 AM (30 hrs/week)

Pay:

$17/hr - Paid Bi-Weekly via Direct Deposit

What You'll Be Doing

Daily Cleaning -

Perform and oversee cleaning tasks in multiple buildings. You'll set the standard for quality and efficiency.

Training -

Train, motivate, and support cleaning staff to maintain consistent quality and strong morale.

Quality Control

- Conduct inspections, address issues promptly, and help ensure client satisfaction.

Communication & Coordination

- Serve as the link between your cleaning team and management, keeping operations running smoothly.

What We're Looking For

18+ with valid driver's license and a reliable personal vehicle + Must drive between multiple buildings during shift (paid drive time provided)
At least 1 year of commercial cleaning experience (required) Dependable, organized, and able to lift up to 50 lbs Willing to download and use a GPS-enabled app on your phone for checklists and reports Excellent verbal and written communication skills Comfortable working in offices, medical buildings, and surgery centers + Sterile cleaning required--scrubs and PPE provided
Supervisory or leadership experience is a plus!
