How you will make an impact:
\xc2\xb7 Handle inbound and outbound collections calls
\xc2\xb7 Lead all billing and reporting activities according to deadlines
\xc2\xb7 Handle all vendor inquiries
\xc2\xb7 Maintain and update customer files to ensure data integrity
\xc2\xb7 Call on all past due amounts and record all results in the system
\xc2\xb7 Record all customer payments to the correct reports
Requirements
What we are looking for:
\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
\xc2\xb7 2-3 years of prior high volume collections experience
\xc2\xb7 Excellent written/verbal communication and organizational skills
\xc2\xb7 Experience using accounting software
\xc2\xb7 SAP or Oracle are preferred
