Coffee Shop Manager

to lead our team, ensure smooth daily operations, and drive business growth.

Job Responsibilities Operations & Leadership:

Oversee

daily store operations

, including opening/closing procedures, inventory management, and equipment maintenance. Hire, train, schedule, and supervise baristas to ensure a

high level of service and efficiency

. Maintain a

clean, organized, and welcoming

environment for customers and employees. Uphold

brand standards

for all beverages, including coffee, Red Bull drinks, and boba tea.

Customer Experience & Sales:

Provide

excellent customer service

by handling inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally. Implement strategies to

increase sales and customer engagement

, such as promotions, loyalty programs, and seasonal offerings. Ensure all drinks are

consistently prepared

to company standards.

Financial & Inventory Management:

Track daily sales, monitor expenses, and

optimize profitability

. Manage inventory, place orders, and

minimize waste

to maintain efficiency. Use POS systems to track performance and generate reports.

Compliance & Safety:

Ensure

adherence to health, safety, and food service regulations

. Maintain all equipment and work areas in compliance with cleanliness and safety standards.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a

coffee shop, boba tea shop, or beverage-based business

is needed. Strong

leadership, communication, and problem-solving

skills. Ability to

multitask and work efficiently

in a fast-paced environment. Experience with

inventory management, scheduling, and team leadership

. Willingness to work

flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

. Familiarity with

Red Bull-infused drinks and boba tea preparation

is a plus.
