We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Coffee Shop Manager to oversee daily operations in our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for the food industry, ensuring that our kitchen runs smoothly while maintaining high standards of food quality and customer service. This role requires effective management of staff, budgeting, and food preparation processes, contributing to the overall success of our shop.

Duties

Manage daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to health and safety regulations. Oversee food preparation processes to maintain quality and presentation standards. Develop and manage budgets, including inventory control and cost management. Coordinate catering services, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional service. Train, mentor, and supervise staff to enhance their skills and improve team performance. Ensure compliance with food handling regulations and maintain a clean work environment. Collaborate with other departments to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Assist in menu planning and development based on seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.

Experience

Proven experience in kitchen management or restaurant management is essential. Background in food preparation, catering, or hospitality management is highly desirable. Previous coffee shop manager experience Current Food Safety Certification Excellent communication skills with customers and team Strong budgeting skills with experience in financial planning within the food industry. Demonstrated ability to train staff effectively and foster a positive work environment. Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations is required. Experience as an assistant manager or similar role will be considered an asset.

Pay: $23.64 - $26.00 per hour
