Position Summary:

The

Store Manager

ensures smooth operations for all assigned duties on a daily basis. This position must strive to continually improve guest and team member satisfaction and maximize the financial performance in areas of responsibility. The

Store Manager

is expected to lead by example. It is imperative for the

Store Manager

to embody and execute the standards set forth by the company. The

Store Manager's

responsibilities are the following and may include tasks deemed fit by the Executive Team.

Schedule: Open availability, 40 hours or more per week, including holidays

Responsibilities:

Performs quality assurance to include knowledge, application and ability to train on recipes and proper SOPs

Ensures health and sanitation standards are practiced

Assist team members during peak periods and have a good understanding of all positions well enough to perform duties in team member's absence

Impeccable customer service

Pragmatic labor management

Team development to include supervision, discipline and training

Effective communication with all departments of the company

Daily report to Executive Team

Liaison between Executive Team and Store Employees

Hiring, onboarding and termination

Store Maintenance

Daily troubleshooting and problem solving within areas of responsibility

Inventory Management

Vendor Relations

Cash Handling

Requirements:

At least 2 years of management experience in food service/ coffee shop preferred Excellent command of the English language Proficiency in various software and equipment necessary to perform job functions i.e. e-mail, POS, and etc. Able to lift up to 50 lbs. Able to work in temperatures ranging from 0- 95 Able to stand for 8 hours or more Food Handler's Certificate TB Clearance
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
