Job Description

Seeking an experienced, creative, and organized Coffee Shop Manager to lead daily operations and help grow an exciting new coffee business with multiple revenue streams. Oversee daily coffee shop operations to ensure smooth, efficient service Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and vendor relationships Create and maintain the drink and food menu, including seasonal and specialty offerings Hire, train, schedule, and supervise staff Set performance expectations and foster a positive, team-focused work environment Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer concerns professionally Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards Monitor sales, control costs, and contribute to profitability Assist with promotions, specials, and community engagement initiatives Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations

Prior experience in cafe management preferred, or a very experienced and ambitious barista who wants to take the next step in their career Strong leadership and communication skills Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented Creative mindset with an interest in brand and menu development Ability to work independently and make sound decisions Passion for coffee, food, and creating a unique and outstanding customer experience
