is a locally owned cafe in Derry, NH specializing in high-quality coffee, specialty beverages, breakfast sandwiches, and crepes. We are seeking a motivated and dependableCafe Manager
to oversee daily operations and lead our team.Responsibilities:
Oversee daily cafe operations and ensure smooth opening and closing procedures Supervise, train, and support baristas and key holders Maintain high standards of customer service, cleanliness, and food safety Assist with scheduling, inventory, and ordering Lead by example with hands-on involvement during service Handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently
Qualifications:
Previous management or supervisory experience required Food service or coffee shop experience strongly preferred Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills Ability to work early mornings and remain on-site through close Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
