Position Overview

As Co-Manager at Kitokos, you'll share leadership responsibilities with the Store Manager to ensure the store runs flawlessly. You'll guide a passionate team, uphold brand standards, and help deliver the signature Kitokos shopping experience one that blends high fashion energy with beauty expertise and exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with the Store Manager to oversee daily store operations and team performance. Lead, coach, and inspire staff to deliver personalized, high-impact customer service. Drive sales through product knowledge, styling support, and strong visual presentation. Oversee merchandising, inventory accuracy, and stock management. Assist in hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and performance development. Maintain store aesthetics and ensure all visuals align with the Kitokos brand identity. Collaborate with management to execute seasonal campaigns, promotions, and launches. Step in to lead the team and make operational decisions in the Manager's absence.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in fashion, beauty, or lifestyle retail management. Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills. Passion for fashion trends, African prints, beauty products, wellness and customer experience. Proven ability to drive sales and meet performance goals. Highly organized, reliable, and adaptable in a fast-moving retail environment. Proficient in POS systems, scheduling tools, and reporting software.
