What you'll do

Set up and run press brake equipment to bend and form sheet and plate per specifications. Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to plan tooling and bending sequences. Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting to keep the press brake operating at peak performance. Monitor production runs; fine-tune machine settings as needed to uphold quality standards. Inspect finished parts to confirm accuracy and compliance with requirements. Partner with teammates to enhance throughput, safety practices, and overall efficiency. Keep your work area orderly and compliant with safety regulations.

What you bring

High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in machining or metal fabrication is a plus. Demonstrated experience operating a press brake or comparable forming machinery. Strong blueprint/technical drawing comprehension. Comfort with basic math and measurement. Meticulous attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work. Clear communicator who thrives in a collaborative team setting. Curiosity and adaptability to learn new processes and technologies.
