Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled
CNC Operator
to join our millwork team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with wood, engineered panels, and CNC machinery to produce accurate, high-quality parts that meet project specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate CNC router, Edge Bander and related machinery for custom millwork and cabinetry production.
Read and interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, and shop drawings.
Load materials, set up tooling, and adjust machine settings for precision cutting.
Inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards and tolerances are met.
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines.
Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
Qualifications:
Previous CNC machining experience in millwork, woodworking, or related field.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.
Basic knowledge of CAD/CAM software (e.g., AutoCAD, Cabinet Vision, or similar) a plus.
Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or in a team environment.
