Join a growing machine shop on the west side of Ann Arbor! We're seeking a motivated 2nd shift CNC Operator to support daily production and help maintain the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities
Start up and shut down CNC equipment at the beginning and end of each shift
Operate single or multiple CNC workstations by loading raw materials and unloading finished parts
Monitor equipment and promptly communicate any issues to supervision
Accurately log production output into ERP system
Perform visual and in-process quality checks to ensure all parts meet specifications
Maintain consistent production levels while producing high-quality parts
Follow all safety policies to ensure a safe workplace
Perform general housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of machine operation experience (CNC preferred)
Experience using precision measurement tools such as calipers and micrometers
Basic math and computer skills
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Reliability and commitment to quality in every task
