Job Description


The Corporate Technology Infrastructure Management (CTIM) Project Delivery function will be responsible for the matrix management of the resources, processes, reporting of major programs, including infrastructure demand, end user, network, distributed, mainframe, cyber security and related technologies. These projects support the growth and operational stability of the Corporate Technology businesses in addition to delivering enhanced technology and cost reductions into the operating environment.

Job responsibilities

  • Experience of managing Cloud and Infrastructure projects
  • Knowledge and exposure of managing high level stakeholders including program board level
  • Excellent team motivator, organization, and communication skills
  • Skills should include program scoping and framing, strategy execution, executive storytelling and presentations, dashboarding, and infrastructure delivery
  • Responsible for applying advanced Project Management knowledge, skills, tools and techniques to Project deliverables, processes, and systems in order to meet or exceed stakeholder needs and expectations
  • Experience in using MS Office tools including MS Project, Excel, Word and Visio

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Experience in delivering Infrastructure and Cloud solutions in a matrixed shared services organization
  • Agile exposure including experience of the SCRUM methodology
  • Proven analytical skills and experience making milestone driven decisions
  • Operates within defined parameters using a proven Project Management Methodology with flexibility to merge different methodologies in accomplishing collective goals. Provides project governance support and reporting
  • Proven track record in successfully optimizing delivery
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • AWS or Azure cloud implementation experience
  • Experience managing migrations from infrastructure on premise to AWS Cloud, migration from on premise technologies to SaaS, Cloud Engineering, and other core infrastructure technologies
  • Experience in driving the implementation of new Business Processes to support adoption of new technology
