Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Clinical Services Manager for our Behavioral Health Program to join our NYAP West Virginia team!

Starting salary is $60,000/yr. based on experience, degree, and licensure.

Candidates must have a Masters Degree and appropriate licensure. Ideal candidates will hold an LICSW or LPC, but other licensure such as LCSW, LPC, will be considered.



Position Summary


The Clinical Services Manager assists the Executive Director to promote NYAP mission, vision, and values while providing leadership to the clinical supervisor and clinical therapists on case consultation with the development and growth of behavioral health and outpatient mental health services.

Responsibilities


The Clinical Services Manager will perform clinical administrative duties including, but not limited to:
Perform all work in a manner consistent with the National Youth Advocate Program's mission, values, and philosophies Lead the application of evidence-informed service modalities in crisis care and behavioral health service delivery. Provide trainings to staff to align performance with Medicaid and other payor expectations. Advocate on behalf of individuals in crisis, and community services systems in individual and system advocacy Promote and assist the Executive Directors or designee in developing innovative, robust programs and crisis care and emergency response service delivery systems to better serve the youth and individuals in the community. Promote and assist the Executive Director in developing training programs related to the professional growth and development of the treatment foster or biological families and clinical treatment of youth. Assist in carrying a small therapy caseload. Provide case consultation, clinical supervision and clinical oversight to support crisis care teams. Ensure that the Clinical team's performance is in line with productivity expectations. Assist in the submission of grant request proposals. Present workshops and trainings at conferences on NYAP relevant treatment services. Function fluently in usage of electronic health record system, and other required platforms as required by the grantor. Assist in enhancing the clinical treatment delivery of the services for youth throughout NYAP.



Minimum Qualifications

Master's degree in Social Services or related behavioral/human services. Must have a valid independent license (LCSW, LCPC, LPC, LICSW). Minimum of 5 years' experience in behavioral, treatment services and training/supervisory services. Willingness to work flexible and nontraditional hours serving individual in the community. Proficient use of desktop and laptop computers, smart phones and tablets, printers, fax machines and photocopiers as well as software including word processing, spreadsheet and database programs.
