Job Description

The Aspire Counseling program is recruiting for an experienced clinical program director with experience in SUD-Mental Health treatment to lead our adolescent program in Pompton Plains.

Minimum Qualifications:

Master's Prepared in counseling or social work and CADC, LCADC ;

Preferred Qualifications

Dual Mental health and SUD licenses and or supervision credential.

CADC considered with adolescent program management experience.

Must have clinical experience working with adolescents

Responsibilities include:

Support the clinical delivery of program services

Manage the daily workflow of the program in coordination with the management team

Train staff to follow clinical guidelines in documentation of all client charts

Complete clinical evaluations/assessments

Conduct individual and family therapies

Facilitate group therapy sessions and manage

a caseload

Implement treatment plans that include psychotherapy and clinically required support services

Ensure documentation is completed

Respond to crisis situations

Assist clinical staff in coordinating and leading activities for clients

Collaborate with schools and community partners

Participate in all clinical staff meetings

Participate in weekly supervision meetings

Perform other duties as assigned.

Ability to coach, develop and mentor staff
