Job Description

The clinical director oversees the programming, activity, equipment, and staffing aspects of PBJF's year-round adventure-based community-centered therapy and coaching programs for adolescents ages 12-17 and their families. The clinical program director will also maintain a small caseload of individual and group clients. PBJF serves families and young people seeking supportive community, positive peer groups, active lifestyle choices, and appreciation for the natural world--as a way of living! In addition, the clinical program director maintains relationships in the community with referral sources and community partners.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $78,000.00 - $88,000.00 per year
