Location: Thornton, CO - On Site | Full-Time | Reports to: Clinical Director
Overview
Redpoint is seeking a dynamic and mission-driven Clinical Program Manager to lead our Thornton clinical team, Adult program. This location will be opening in the new year with the position starting January 1st, 2026.
This leadership role is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality, client-centered care while supporting and developing a team of dedicated clinicians. The ideal candidate is a licensed, collaborative professional who is passionate about behavioral health and committed to excellence in service delivery, supervision, and compliance.

Responsibilities
Has 18-21 client-facing hours weekly.
Meet with assigned participants weekly for individual therapy sessions to discuss their progress in treatment, challenges, and goals.
Complete all charting and documentation within specified time frames.
Complete weekly family contact in the form of email, phone, or a family session.
Conduct group therapy sessions as assigned.
Develop diverse and engaging group material and curriculum based on the assigned topics.
Complete all documentation in the EMR system.
Add all documentation to the communication log when necessary.
Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to assess client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Provide crisis management when necessary, offering immediate support to participants in crisis situations.
Participate in case management, coordinating care and resources to meet participants' needs.
Qualifications and Requirements
Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field
Active Colorado licensure as a therapist (LAC Required plus LPC, LMFT, LCSW)
Minimum 5-8+ year of experience working with adults in a clinical setting preferred, 3+ years managing a team or program a plus
Experience in outpatient therapy settings is preferred
Knowledge of individual, group, and family counseling techniques
Familiarity with medical terminology and clinical documentation standards
Strong ability to build rapport with clients navigating complex mental health and substance use challenges
Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to ethical guidelines in therapy
