Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Clinic Operations Manager to oversee the daily functions of our healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong medical management and healthcare management skills, with a proven ability to lead teams, ensure compliance with industry standards such as JCAHO, and optimize clinic operations. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to a patient-centered environment while maintaining high standards of operational excellence.

Responsibilities

Manage operations to provide high quality, cost effective services. Measures effectiveness and takes steps to ensure continuous performance improvement. Monitor budgets, regulatory compliance, contracts and vendor relations. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, including accreditation standards Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports for Medical Director Develop staff training programs focused on healthcare management best practices Conduct hiring, training, directing, development and evaluation of staff. Monitor, verify, and approve employee time records to ensure accuracy and compliance with organizational policies and labor laws. Implement policies and procedures that promote quality care and operational efficiency

Qualifications

Proven experience in medical management or healthcare management roles Knowledge of healthcare regulations and accreditation standards Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Management, or related field; Master's preferred Preferred: Registered Nurse credentialed from the Kansas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Management experience in a clinical setting is highly desirable

Education:

Required professional licensure/certification AND 3 years of experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience required.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $47,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
