Position Overview



As an Operations Manager with our weight loss company, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the clinics to ensure high-quality patient care, compliance with regulatory requirements, and efficient utilization of resources. This role works closely with providers, medical assistants, front office staff, and leadership to streamline workflows, enhance patient satisfaction, and maintain operational excellence across the practice. Key Responsibilities:



Manage daily clinical and administrative functions, including scheduling, patient flow, and resource allocation. Monitor operational performance metrics and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and patient satisfaction. Coordinate staffing needs, including coverage planning across multiple locations. Supervise, coach, and evaluate clinical and front office staff to support professional growth and accountability. Partner with HR on recruiting, onboarding, training, and performance management. Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, state, and federal regulations, as well as internal policies. Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain safety and quality standards.Implement and monitor quality improvement initiatives and patient safety programs. Serve as a point of escalation for patient concerns, ensuring timely and professional resolution. Serve as the primary point of contact for medical-related questions from staff, providers, and patients, ensuring accurate and timely communication. Maintain and update clinic medication policies to ensure compliance with current medical standards, regulations, and organizational protocols. Act as a liaison between pharmacies and clinic locations.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field required; Master's degree preferred. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in healthcare operations or practice management; weight loss, primary care, or outpatient setting preferred. Previous experience working in a medical office or healthcare setting. Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, clinical workflows, and patient care standards. Demonstrated leadership skills with ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Compensation:



The posted salary range for this position takes into account various factors, including the candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations. Additionally, the salary offered within this range may be subject to a geographic adjustment, based on a specific city and state, and depending on the role. This adjustment would occur if authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.

Schedule:



This position is scheduled to work Monday through Thursday and requires flexibility to work beyond standard hours as needed to meet business and patient care needs.

Work Setting:



This position is a hybrid remote role with the expectation of on-site presence at the clinic as needed.

Physical Requirements:



This position requires the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in person, over the phone, and through electronic platforms; maintain visual acuity to review reports, documents, and computer screens; and move frequently throughout the clinic to oversee operations and support staff. The role involves regular use of office equipment with repetitive hand and wrist movements, occasional lifting and carrying of supplies up to 20 pounds, and the ability to sit or stand for extended periods with frequent walking, reaching, and bending. Work is performed in a medical office environment with regular interaction with staff, providers, patients, and occasional exposure to communicable diseases or bodily fluids in common areas.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $132,104.00 - $171,135.00 per year
