PureDropIV provides concierge IV hydration and wellness services to the DMV with our team of skilled Registered Nurses & Medical Director. Our team is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse, interested in applying their clinical expertise and leadership skills to a dynamic management role with opportunities to develop business skills. The primary focus of this role is to liaise between clinical and logistical operations for smooth day-to-day operation and to maintain a high quality of care for clients. Our staff of highly qualified Registered Nurses, as well as our Logistical support staff, will look to you as their day-to-day leader.

Responsibilities:

Staff Training & Education
  • Lead training sessions for the educational and professional advancement of employees.
  • Oversee preceptors and the precepting process.
  • Collaborate with Directors to develop new training and educational opportunities for employees.
Staff Management
  • Provide supervision and support to clinical and logistical employees, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Audit performance metrics of clinical employees.
  • Audit performance metrics of logistical employees.
  • Conduct standard formalized performance reviews with clinical and logistical employees.
  • Monitor the performance of clinical staff and logistical staff, providing feedback, coaching and support as needed to maintain a high standard of care and report concerns to department directors.
  • Ensure all employees maintain compliance with industry standards, policies and regulations.
Client/Customer Service
  • Review clinical issues to provide resolutions, per policy & guidelines.
  • Address client concerns effectively and prevent recurrence of issues, escalating to the department directors as needed.
Report to & Collaborate with Directors
  • Collaborate with the Director of Clinical operations to recommend, develop and implement changes, policies and procedures related to clinical operations to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Business Operations to develop and implement office policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity.
Clinical Inventory Management
  • Monitor and audit inventory needs.
  • Place orders for clinical inventory.
Evening/Weekend Manager On-Call (Rotating)
  • Ensure smooth operation of our services outside of regular business hours, in rotation with other managers.
  • Monitor operations on Saturday and Sunday, in rotation with other managers.
Data Review & Oversight
  • Monitor and oversee audits and auditing processes as executed by trained staff.
  • Maintain high level reports of day-to-day operations.
Requirements:
  • Minimum educational requirement of a Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
  • Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse (Acute Care, Labor & Delivery, Emergency and ICU specialty units preferred).
  • License to practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Virginia
  • License to practice as a Registered Nurse in Maryland and the District of Columbia, preferred, but not required at time of hiring.
  • Previous experience in an educator or staff training role preferred.
  • Previous experience in a manager or supervisory role preferred.
  • Strong leaderships and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and compliance.
  • Adherence to company policies and protocols.
  • Able to meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Excel
