Clinical Lecturer

The Department of Pharmacodynamics invites applications for a full-time, 12-month, non-tenure track faculty position at the rank of Clinical Lecturer. The successful candidate will be expected to teach in the didactic component of the Doctor of Pharmacy program, primarily in the areas of pathophysiology and pharmacology. Additional teaching assignments in the Ph.D. and M.S. programs are possible. Candidates with specific expertise and/or teaching experience in cardiovascular and pulmonary disease, gastrointestinal and renal disorders, endocrinology and related issues impacting men\'s and women\'s health, or disorders of the central nervous system are preferred. Commensurate with qualifications and experience.
Minimum Requirements:

Applicants should have a Ph.D. and/or Pharm.D. degree and a strong commitment to teaching.

Excellent teaching and communication skills are essential. Eligibility for Florida licensure.

FDLE Criminal Background Check Required.

Interest in / experience with team-based learning in higher education.
