Windemere Park is seeking an experienced a Licensed Practical Nurse to serve as the Assisted Living Clinical Director. In this role, the Director creates and maintains a high level of resident satisfaction and implements programs and practices that enhance the resident and assist in associate satisfaction.

Responsibilities Include:

Conducts Life Steps evaluations of all prospective new residents, assess current resident eligibility to continue AL residency and reviews with the Administrator of our CCRC. Ensures continuity, consistency and quality of delivery of all services. Participates in ensuring adequate staffing. Establish and maintains open and effective communication with residents, families, associates, leasing consultant, supervisors and other members of the leadership team. Assumes on call responsibilities Must be in the building 40 hours a week to be effective. Monitors weekly/monthly budget Assist in the preparation of the AL budget. Orders and authorizes purchases of supplies and equipment services. Work hand in hand with Sales, Marketing and Leasing Agent for prospective residents.

Qualified candidates must possess the following:

Active LPN 5 years license; Current CPR certification 2 years of experience assisted Living preferred Certification of Alzheimer's Dementia preferred Excellent communication & customer service skills Detail oriented Team player Compassionate understanding of eldercare. Self Starter
