Who Are You?

You are a detail-oriented and service-driven dietary professional who takes pride in leading nutritional services that improve quality of life. You value accuracy, teamwork, and patient-centered care. With a solid understanding of therapeutic diets and regulatory compliance, you're ready to lead and elevate everyday operations in the Health Care Center.

A Day in the Life:

Oversee all clinical dietary functions in the Health Care Center Collaborate with nursing and dietary teams to ensure proper diet orders and nutritional care Review and update resident meal plans based on physician orders and resident preferences Conduct nutritional assessments and care planning as needed Supervise dietary aides and kitchen support staff; provide guidance and training Maintain compliance with food safety, sanitation, and state/federal dietary regulations Monitor food service documentation, including logs, temperature records, and care plans Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members Participate in Quality Assurance/Performance Improvement (QAPI) initiatives Coordinate with the Dining Services team for menu planning and dietary needs

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a healthcare dietary management role required Certification as a Dietary Manager (CDM, CFPP) required Knowledge of therapeutic diets and clinical nutrition standards Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to collaborate across disciplines and lead with professionalism
