A Day in the Life:
Greet and seat residents and guests with warmth and courtesy
Take food and beverage orders, entering them accurately into our point-of-sale (POS) system
Deliver meals and beverages efficiently while ensuring dietary compliance and resident satisfaction
Check in throughout meals to offer refills or additional service items
Perform opening and closing duties such as setting tables, stocking stations, and sanitizing surfaces
Assist with meal prep for simple items (e.g., bread baskets)
Collaborate with kitchen and dining team members for smooth meal service
Follow food safety, sanitation, and infection control policies at all times
Respond to resident needs and concerns with a professional and helpful attitude
Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years of age
Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English
Prior customer service or hospitality experience preferred, but not required
Physical exam showing freedom from communicable diseases required
Friendly, dependable, and respectful demeanor
