8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday

What You'll Do
Complete various compliance driven outreaches
Assist patients PAP device issues over the phone, providing detailed guidance on resolving issues
Educate patients on proper mask usage and recommend more suitable mask options
Educate patients on the importance of consistent use of their CPAP/BiLevel machines
Review patients' compliance data
Explain the compliance guidelines required by insurance to ensure patients understand the criteria they must meet for coverage
Provide support for oxygen patients as needed
Accurately document all patient interactions and outcomes
Follow all assigned clinical care processes and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality patient support
Support Clinical Care by handling inbound patient calls, as needed
Other duties as assigned
How You'll Stand Out
High School graduate or GED required
1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare environment
Excellent customer service skills (ability to handle sensitive/challenging communications)
Demonstrated passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for patients
Ability to prioritize workload with frequent interruptions
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Has a pleasant, patient and friendly attitude
Problem-solving skills required
Excellent attention to detail
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Compensation:
$21.00-$24.00/hour
