Job Description

The

Clinical Application Specialist (CAS)

is a clinical education role focused on

supporting customers and driving adoption

of our technology through training and education. In this position, you'll provide hands-on and virtual education to clinicians in Rhode Island, working in close partnership with our

marketing team

. 50% travel may be required to support customers in-person in the region or across the country.


You'll serve as the

clinical voice

for the state--leading customer trainings, supporting product evaluations and installations, and delivering both Continuing Education (CE) and non-CE presentations. By ensuring clinicians are confident and comfortable with our technology, you'll play a critical role in helping healthcare teams realize its clinical and economic value.

This position reports to the Director of Education and Content on our Marketing team in Rhode Island.





Responsibilities



Act as the

clinical subject matter expert

for our products in Rhode Island Deliver

onsite and virtual education

for customers, including workflow integration, hands-on training, and troubleshooting Partner with the

Digital Sales Specialist

to provide seamless commercial + clinical support Support

product evaluations and installations

, ensuring adoption across the full care team Provide

CE and non-CE presentations

to hospitals, state societies, and professional meetings as assigned Collaborate with

marketing

to align training with educational programs, campaigns, and content

Requirements



Bachelor's Degree in Science or equivalent education/experience Current RRT or RN license required Prior experience training/educating healthcare professionals strongly preferred Prior medical device industry experience in a Clinical Specialist role highly preferred Must be vaccinated for Covid-19 and any other required vaccinations as needed for vendor credentialing Must maintain a professional LinkedIn profile Based in Rhode Island, with ability to travel and work flexible hours. 50% travel may be required to support physically customers in the region or across the country
