We're looking for a

Client Success & Wellness Enrollment Coordinator

-- a confident, compassionate professional who loves connecting with people and guiding them through one of the most important decisions of their lives: investing in their health.

This position blends

consultative sales, client onboarding, and customer care

. You'll meet with clients after their initial consultation, help them understand their personalized program, and support them through enrollment, payment, and scheduling. You'll also coordinate supplement orders, track engagement, and help clients stay connected to their care journey.

This isn't cold calling -- it's

high-touch, relationship-based enrollment

where empathy and professionalism meet results.

What You'll Do

Guide clients through enrollment, payment, and financing options Manage onboarding logistics: scheduling, labs, and communication Coordinate supplement orders, refills, and promotions Reconnect with past clients and support renewals Collaborate with the clinical team to deliver exceptional client care Track activities in CRM and report on results

You're a Great Fit If You...

Have at least

2 years of experience

in sales, enrollment, or patient coordination Are comfortable discussing money, value, and financing options Thrive in fast-paced, client-facing environments Bring positivity, empathy, and strong follow-through Have a passion for
