American Properties Team, Inc, is hiring!

We are currently seeking a part-time (28 hours per week) Client Services Representative for our Woburn MA home office. The position reports to the Vice President of Client Services and provides support to both internal and external customers which include condominium clientele and Property Managers. The Client Services Team is responsible for maintaining client relationships with condominium site trustees, maintenance staff, unit owners and residents as well as vendors and suppliers who service our client properties.

The ideal candidate will be very customer service oriented, have excellent verbal and written communication skills, prior administrative experience and have proficiency with Microsoft Office products including word, outlook and excel. The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment is necessary. Knowledge in property management and condominium management is a plus but not required.
