Full-Time Position

We're on the hunt for a Client Service Representative (CSR) who can juggle phones, appointments, and furry visitors like a circus star--while still making every client feel like they just walked into a five-star spa.
What You'll Be Doing (Besides Petting ALL the Animals ):

Greeting clients with your brightest smile and making every visit a pawsitive experience
*
Answering phones, scheduling appointments, and being the go-to guru for client questions
*
Helping our veterinarians and techs with admin tasks (we promise they're lovable, but busy!)
*
Keeping client records up-to-date and the reception area looking fabulous
*
Basically being the heart and soul of our front desk--without needing a stethoscope
Who We're Looking For:

Someone with previous customer service or veterinary experience (bonus points if you can speak "pup" or "meow")
*
A multitasking wizard who can answer the phone while soothing a nervous kitty
*
Detail-oriented, organized, and ready to roll with a positive attitude
*
Computer-savvy, reliable, and as dependable as a Labrador fetching a ball
