As a Client Services Associate, you will manage client accounts and build strong, long-term relationships. This is a dedicated position for a Client Services Associate.

What You'll Do As A Client Services Associate:



Execute direct, in-person sales presentations to potential and existing customers, effectively promoting Verizon's suite of telecommunications and technology services. A strong Client Services Associate will master this. Manage a dedicated portfolio of client accounts, serving as the main point of contact and fostering long-term relationships to drive loyalty and repeat business--a key function of the Client Services Associate. Conduct thorough needs assessments and provide consultative solutions, ensuring proposed products and services align perfectly with client requirements for effective Telecommunications Sales. Achieve and surpass all individual and team-based weekly/monthly sales quotas and key performance indicators (KPIs) in Telecommunications Sales. Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., service and support) to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing satisfaction for all managed accounts. The Client Services Associate is the bridge. Proactively identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing client base to maximize account profitability using proven Telecommunications Sales techniques. Track all sales activities, client interactions, and performance metrics accurately using the designated CRM system. This data is vital for every Client Services Associate. Participate in regular sales training and performance reviews to continuously refine selling techniques and product knowledge in Telecommunications Sales. What You'll Need To Be A Successful Client Services Associate:



Previous experience in Telecommunications Sales or a relevant customer-facing role is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. A knack for closing deals and consultative selling. The drive to meet and exceed weekly and monthly goals in Telecommunications Sales. A passion for cutting-edge technology. Reliable transportation with an impeccable driving record is a plus. Must be at least 18 years old and have graduated from high school.
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
